Biography

Mr. Bonamo has lived in the State of Florida for most of his life.  Mr. Bonamo is a resident of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and has been an attorney in the Central Florida area for almost nineteen years.  Mr. Bonamo concentrates his practice to marital and family law and criminal defense.  Mr Bonamo is a prior state and federal prosecutor, and has been Board Certified in the area of Criminal Trial Law since 2001.  

Since joining the law firm of Rice & Rose in 2004, in addition to his practice of criminal defense,  Mr Bonamo has represented hundreds of individuals in the Central Florida area addressing many areas of marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity matters, injunctions, dependency matters, post-judgment modification of child support and alimony, as well as post-judgment issues of contempt and enforcement.
